Chiefs win a game- “FUCK YEAH CHIEFS FUCKING ALL YO BITCHES TONIGHT ALEX SMITH GOAT QB blah blah blah”

Going forward, losing reaction will be “Well, that could have gone better, but I appreciate the effort. Hopefully there will be enough fat chicks for everybody before they get back on the plane.”

It’s not about it being the warmest time of the day, it’s about the time of day. I live on the east coast so a 1pm start time doesn’t hurt me much, but for west coast Hawks fans it’s kind of an inconvenience to have to get up early while most fans of other teams don’t have to. If the NFL is trying to maximize the ratings of local markets they’re not doing it with that setup. But then again if that game ends up being another blowout they did themselves a favor with a time slot that gets less attention.

His contract was up because he didn’t except the 1-year extension they offered before the season started. Thus in order to keep him, they had to give him a new contract.
