Weird thing is, I think the girl that played Pam’s character in the UK Office was on Studio 60 so they could eventually have a sort of crossover or at least a cameo.
Heck the spanish ugly Betty was on the US’ season finale.
Yep, Dawn was a minor role on the show, and then later on a major char/love interest, until the show got cancelled.

I dunno why Jim left Karen either and I’m also sort of sick of all those Office fans that obsess over the show thinking it’s only “The Jim and Pam Show”, ahhh, drives me up the wall. Then when people compare Pam and Karen, everyone says Pam wins because of all the girl next door stuff and all that… oh fuck that. Karen fucking plays Call of Duty and even did the double devil horns hand salute while saying it. That did it for me and I don’t even play Call of Duty.

I used to love Pam, but she has changed a lot.
Screw you guys. Karen was hot but she got really annoying. She was a terrible girlfriend, “I already made plans to meet up with some friends while you have your job interview, even though you drove me here and you waited during mine.” That’s why she got left in New York.
Not to mention being crazy jealous of Pam right from the start.
With the whole Jim and Pam thing being sort of resolved, I don’t know where the tension/drama is going to come from. As much as it’s stupid for people to obsess over it like a soap opera, the romance thing adds a little bit of “comic relief” (for lack of a better term) to the usual jokes in the show. Not to mention it’s easier to write a cliched romance than it is to write actual funny jokes. And I’m sure a lot of people identify with their scenario too (okay, maybe just me) and it draws them into the show more.
That being said, I’d smash all the bitches on the show. Yes, even Phyllis. Okay, not Phyllis… or Meredith.

I think it’s the first or second episode of Jim at the Stamford branch where EVERYONE is playing Call of Duty, and then the boss even calls in Jim and Andy to his office to yell at them telling them they’re getting their asses kicked in the game heh.

Pam HAS become a bitch. And ugly. If you watch the earlier episodes, she’s actually really pretty, now she’s…changed. I think the hate stems from the fact that Rashida is permanently gone.
