Another thing I caught which shows the genius of the writers is that after Michael successfully negotiates his raise, he says that since Darryl and him got their raises it was “Win, Win, Win” refering back to the Conflict Resolution episode. Couldn’t help but laugh at that…

if people missed the episode back in season one, it refers to when michael had to fire somebody and originally tried to let go of creed but he persuaded michael to fire somebody else (devon?).
It makes me wonder how much those folks actually make. If Michael was with the company for 14 years and NEVER asked for a raise and he’s supposed be the boss and no one is supposed to make more than him, hmmm…

It was a pretty good episode. I also lol’ed when Andy tried to act excited with Dwight during Darryl’s safety training presentation.
oh, another thing about the episode about the salary. it’s great how they finally addressed how much michael makes compared to the other employees. he’d periodically say something along the lines of how he makes SO MUCH more than they do. it’s great to finally resolve that matter.
by the way, it shouldn’t be more than ~60k/year in my opinion. if you watch the halloween episode, michael refers to saving their branch 50K since he needs to fire somebody. if he makes more than others, i’m guessing around 60k
Creed gave Michael $40 because he stole it from him… Creed steals from everybody… He also thinks feces smells like soup, and sprouts mungbeans in his desk… very nutritious, but they smell like death

andy had his time to shine this episode. actually, everyone had their moments. this was probably one of the best episodes ever.

Latest ep sucked 
Latest episode was kinda meh.
Creed was awesome though. That and the “I’ll call the Ungrateful Beeeyotch Hotline” and the Bears, Beets, Battlestar Galactica. Otherwise, mostly meh.
Yeah, intro was amazing, rest of the ep was crap.
in retrospect, perhaps you guys are right. my initial reaction was the referrence to the halloween episode (maybe it’s because i’ve been watching the first two seasons over again with friends).
