show has gotten so good. i was not feelin the first couple, but its good ol office shit now. love it, and this episode was too good.
I actually feel the opposite. . .this entire season so far has felt either forced or boring. I usually gauge how engaging a show is based on how often I pause it when I watch on Hulu, since I’m usually doing 3 other things at the same time. I almost never pause when I’m watching 30 Rock, but I paused at least 6 or 7 times every time I watch the Office. I mean, that can’t be a good sign.
I agree. I haven’t been feeling this season at all. the show definately feels like it’s hit it’s appex and is now on the way down. the writting has been very forced. I hope it picks up more, but I’m not holding out hope.
I hope the Erin and Andy thing doesn’t happen too fast. I wanna see the nard-dawg in attack mode for a little bit. Remember when he was courting Angela? The “Take A Chance On Me” speakerphone accapella group?
How come there was no mention of Michael and Pam’s Mom this ep? Also Pams character is a little different this season. Shes not as mousey, timid, and self concious since the marriage.

Prolonging an Andy/Erin relationship-arc would definitely not sit well with a lot of people myself included, but at the very least I think it would be a good chance to develop Erin’s character who, after all this time, is still like a sub-secondary cast member to me. If I’m not mistaken, she’s yet to have even one interview thing. Hopefully the writers can figure out a way to make her a more meaningful part of the crew without having to stick to waters they’ve been treading over and over again.
