I was at Media Play today and they’re holding a Halo 2 tournament Saturday afternoon at three. The prizes aren’t worth a damn, but since most of us have been playing the game for more than a month, it seems like a good excuse to bash some heads. It’s free to enter and the guy over there said they’re at about 25 or so out of 32 that they’re going to run in the tournament. Beyond that they’re just assigning people as alternates.
Again, kind of a low-stakes tournament, I think the prize is like fifty bucks in overstock Halo merchandise. It’s the one across Plymouth from Wonderland Mall. I’m probably going to go down there later today to sign up.

Yeah, they put in an instant kill thing in 5 other then Issen, it has some crazy circumstances to it though, like the other guy has to be in enlightenment mode or the rage mode(where you do crazy damage), and you’ve got to have a certain amount of life left, and so do they, and such forth.

We’d be showing up, I’m sure. As fun as Halo is, I’m the type that would break from it quite often. It’s a great game, but I’m not about to have it or anything similar take over my life.

I have an adapter for DC pads to the xbox, so you could use your stick while I beast you in SS and Garou on the pad. How can people play halo at 4 different locations, why not play it at one location.
