I need Rayman or Shovel Knight playable in Smash. And add Geno along with some Paper Mario characters (Mr. L preferably) damn it. Also let original Luigi use the damn vacuum attacks from Luigi’s Mansion

sheeeitttt, most characters I would’ve added are in there already… a few still come to mind though:
- Mouser and Wart from “USA version” Super Mario Bros. 2 —though Wart would probably seen as too similar to K. Rool.
- Alucard, since we have some Belmont action in there.
- Dig Dug
- Magikoopa
- Blanka
Strider.

I do think a non-shoto would be sick as a new character in Smash. Bison or something. Would be interesting to see charge characters in that game, or someone like Gief.

I played it a few times last night and got 10th which surprised me because I haven’t played SMB since my NES days and was never great at it. This is a fun concept though. I wonder if they’ll keep it going or cut it off at some point.

I don’t like this concept of any game being “limited time only” …Nintendo needs to *not make that a regular thing…mannnn, funk that. It doesn’t even make sense, really…especially when you’re talking about a digital-download.
I hate those timed “special events” too, actually…ya see them often in games these days… there will be some special skins or items etc. but only for a little while…then they take it away!
Diablo - I may just scrap my seasonal Demon Hunter; he’s not even level 70 yet and the season is close to ending at this point…there’s just so much other stuff going on in terms of games.
He also uses it for his final smash now

I get what you’re saying, but I did enjoy the special seasonal events Destiny has. Festival of the Lost, the Dawning, Crimson Days, etc. Those are all free events with themes and they’re pretty fun to play.

Super Mario Bros. 35— so far the best I’ve managed is #5 out of the 35-player battle just a little while ago… I had rank 7 before that. The frustrating thing is being eliminated by falling in a pit. It’s been forever since I played any Super Mario game, actually.
Once you get the fire flower then of course it gets pretty easy to send a LOT of shit to other people’s screen 
I didn’t realize until checking a video just now that you can choose what category of players you’re sending enemies to.

old school Merio physics is what gets me killed more than anything in Merio 35. I was never a fan of the momentum style physics but it’s still fun to play.

Yeah Mario feels VERY tanky, it definitely takes getting re-used to. I got a 4th place last night though I’m yet to even complete a course.
Yeah the first two stages which I have done countless times I am good, but later stages some of those jumps and the random enemies throw me.
Even though I don’t care for Steve…Sakurai levwl of care is amazingly immaculate as alwaya. At first I was like this characters attacks look dumb as shit but he’s crazy unique.
Travis touchdown and bomberman are in as mii fighters. No wonder Suda said bo comment about Travis being included in Smash. Terry, Byleth and Banjo amiibos coming next year. Def grabbing banjo and terry. Disappointing that Travis isn’t gonna make it as a full character.

Terry’s sculpt would pretty much be perfect if it wasn’t for the semi-translucent stabilizers. I hate whenever Nintendo gives those to amiibo. Just makes the sculpt look “off” to me.
The worst one they’ve ever done is still Link’s piss yellow colored one. Which is even more irritating when the original promotional art showed Link with a clear stabilizing stick.
The best use of it is probably the Rider Link or Archer Link from the BotW set.
