The music quality on FFVII was poor. The MIDI sample quality was actually lower than FFVI. The biggest issue would have been the FMV. Although the wouldn’t have to worry about textures. Come to think of it, since FFVII was their first choice, I’m sure it would have turned out fine. From a conversion standpoint at least.

DF retro (brought up at the 15min mark)somewhat brought up some of the tricks to them making the impossible possible. My nephew owned the game and it’s still amazing the while game fits onto it. Panic Button today is doing the same for modern games on the Switch.

That is just a ordinary card with Nintendo branding on it. The branding is just to get people to spend extra on a normal micro SD card. You can use any micro SD card but I recommend using known good manufactures.

I had my parents bring my switch and a few games to the hospital and all I’ve done is turn it on to do software updates. I was planning on playing NSMU Deluxe a bunch but just never got around to it.
Feels bad, man.

Turn off the network connection on the Switch and you won’t have to wait through any updates and can just play games.

I’ve never bought a screen protector for my switch because I never undock it.

I have to disagree with that. While certain games should always be played on the TV, I undock for some of the games I got all the time, if I am moving to a different room to do something or playing a game that isn’t a resource hog that it chugs without being docked, ie older releases and Tetris 99. Or whenever I want to watch TV and I know there is a big update that will take forever.
