I understand that its a link, its just that at the distance the opponent is after the throw pressing D makes the close version come out which isn’t the jump cancellable kick. I’ll try the 2a before it, thanks. Also Demon I was testing it/learning it on Rei, not sure if it’ll work on Jagi so I gotta get it down on Rei before I can try it on him.

Like I say, probably funny hit box business. Rei has one of the wierdest hit boxes in the game, so I wouldn’t be suprised if something funny was going on to make it come out… Try walking back, that’s the only other thing I can think of without playing it…

Well, since its a japanese game, I guess a japanese stick or a stick with japanese parts would deem fitting. But it is a matter of your own preferences.

i need some help with the gravity in the game. for example when im using toki, if i do too much air combos after AC, like j.a, j.b, j.C,j.236C(2 hits), 236a. then the gravity resets and opponent can air recover after the 2nd hit of the 236C and i wouldnt be able to connect after i land with 236a and if i do little combo the gravity kicks in and opponent falls down quickly, i still cant really determine how to air combo effectively so that every time after i combo the opponent falls down quickly instead of air recover?

So I was watching TRF ranbat and the announcer mentioned that Rei’s uppercut glitch is allowed at Tougeki. :rofl: I think it’s just soft banned, because I’ve only seen one Rei player use it at TRF.

Well if wall bouncy ball infinites are not banned why ban Rei’s uppercut glitch lol.
