Absolutely no change since the DF2 tier list.
Although I consider Rei superior to Toki now that Tougeki '08 rules allow his dragon punch glitch to be used. You will see tons of Rei, Toki & Juda users, and probably more Kenshiro/Shin/Thouther ones compared to the '06 edition.
^^whoa, I didn’t realise that. Any other commonly used bugs that have been allowed this year? I can imagine the finals being pretty crazy (or maybe boring, lol).
also that HnK vid that was just posted was very good. I would actually really like to see some other games given the same treatment. Though it wouldn’t be quite as good because of the lack of backstory, seeing what all the CvS2 charcters gave to say to each other would be pretty cool (considering how many special intros there are in that game).
Its a shame that this game isnt as popular here in the states. I’m like one of the few people in MD that play it from time to time.
From what i get, you must stop it immediately if you did it accidentaly ( by accident?

) so it doesn’t make Rei any stronger.
I would play the game more if anyone played it at all where I live. The only people that I know that play it somewhat seriously live in the Los Angeles area, a six hour drive away. 
We’ll play it if you go to SJSU and I’m there. I’ll bring my ps2/ swap disc assist.

the requirement is how much boost you must have in the beginning… so it’s 0 boost. (but it won’t charge if you just boosted to setup the throw :/)

I never see setups for it at C3 >_<. I would love to play, I’m not that good but I can hold my own. I play Shin and Raoh.
