Hell yeah Mamiya has potential. Firing those arrows in the air is a good tactic, i love her bike super as well. Too bad she has to reload the arrows, or she’d be even better. Her FKO seems crappy at first but is fairly decent. Gotta have her arrows fully loaded for that one, to keep shooting the opponent to keep him in place until the bottle falls into range.
I don’t play her consistently so i can’t give ya any advice.

Yeah the developers paid close attention to their anime counterpart characteristics. In the anime souther was all offensive with little to no defensive, thus so is his character in this game.
Kenshiro’s level two super also has no effect on souther, since Hokuto Shin-Ken does not work on him in the anime.
Is it like a certain timing to get down?

As far as I can tell the timing is the same as it was in the arcade version. Right after the 3rd hit, do the required motion and slide your fingers quickly from boost to the required button.
Examples:
Cancel into launcher: 623+C then after 3rd hit E~AC
Cancel into FKO: 623+C then after 3rd hit 236+E~CD
fixed.
Well, Rei can do 100% combo on anyone these days:( Not a good example.
Congrats to Pharaon for winning the tournament. Great matches! Fighting Rei and Toki is difficult for Raoh. Your Raoh is #1 in France now!

Hey so this scrubby combo I found day 1 ends up being a 100% against Souther.
With Rei, I call it the “Dandy Gay with Rei”, or the “Rei Dandy Gay”:
CD~6, 5C-2C, 9B-D xx 236D airdash cancel D xx 236D, B xx 236D until 21 hits, fall from the last 236D and land 236236A.
Then you turn to your opponent and proclaim “YOU JUST GOT GAYED”.
Quick question, does anyone know why this Rei combo only seems to work on the 2p side?

The combo only works when the opponent doesn’t actually bounce off the wall and just slides down. For whatever reason I haven’t been able to replicate it on the 1p side. Any ideas?

There are combos that are performed easier on one wall side rather than on the other one. Don’t ask why, I don’t know myself.
