I’m going to be able to build new pepe on saturday when I head out there, I just need to pick up an infinity. With the price dropping rapidly like that, I’ll be able to pick one up for $50. Or is paying 50 for it too much? I hop to end up spending around 100$ to pick up a Raffelesia, and hell since I only own 1 pen wizard, if I can’t pick up another for cheap, I may trade it for another Solemn Strike and just sell it cash…or I suppose pickup another box, meh, decisions decisions.

Unless the Synchro Fusionist deck loads their die so they always go first, it’s unlikely. The reason why it was so primed for the previous format was because no one was playing relevant disruption. Now though, they’re screwed. Going second against PePe means they open Rafflesia, Infinity, some backrow or a combination of the 3 and that deck cannot afford disruption.

Try to open plushfire, luster, and another scale, or have dracoface off. Make CDI and Raffelesia and hoping that I can bounce something back to your hand, or if you just go off and pendulum more than 2, I’ll whack you with a bottomless or treachersous.

Also, I feel fucking stupid…I’m running Diamond…I could of gone Ptolemeaus -> Diamond during end phase against BA, and he would of had to hold that shit on his turn.
During End Phase? You could do that during Main Phase, you don’t need to use Ptole’s effect. You can overlay Diamond naturally.

Played a dude yesterday that played a PePe deck with a Madolche engine. I didn’t even know this was a thing.

I personally delight in playing D/D/D or mermails. I just love the versatility of being able to play Pendulum, fusion, xyz and fusion seamlessly in one deck.
And mermails who can drop an otk on you with that new neptabyss prince card. A shame that diva is at one on the banlist.
