i always get the texts from Rell but i always get them when i’m stuck at work. retail life of a manager keeps me far away from social life this days, especially with the holidays near by. i’m now confounded to the dreaded online for vs gaming so i’m back on mvc2 because of it. i’ve played ttt2 once so far, seems good. i’ll host from time to time once i settle into my apartment if ppl really wanna game but i don’t think i’ll be coming out to fn anymore just because it’s too inconvinient for me to drive to ms and back especially now with my schedule getting all crazy and shit with overnighters and whatnot.

All of the Mishimas are “aggressive”. Even movement could be considered aggressive. But each has different pokes, diff punishers and launchers, and ways to break you down if that’s what you’re asking. They share somewhat of the same broad overall style, but varying individual differences that lead to each of them being stronger or weaker in certain situations than others.
I still need to get true experience against Angel to confirm what I already may think of her. But Kaz, Hei, Jin, DJ, they all have differences and end up excelling in certain things but most notable factor probably being player style dependant. Lars is also a Mishima and is the most…“free-reigned” you can say I guess. But if one was to be totally serious about playing a Mishima, and wasn’t going off which one they personally liked the most, then it be about that person’s general playstyle and also taking into account the capabilities of that character. Because you’re just not going to tackle matchups the same way with Hei that you are with Kaz or Jin. You’re just not.

Just hard to play with them when you can’t CD at all.

Actually in this game you want to turtle more than in T6. Yea Feng can be played effectively either way without much hassle. But that doesn’t mean that you need your 2nd character to follow suit. That’s not a complement or a cover. But when the time and opportunity allow, you gotta be able to switch up.
Yea I wouldn’t recommend Mishimas if you can’t CD lol. In fact, I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone here at all. Too much shit execution and movement wise that you can get distracted by and worry about instead of just fundamentals and surviving. Payoff is rewarding, but takes a while to get to that point, no way around it. No reason to take that load unless you’re truly infatuated with them. Especially when there’s tons of easier to pick up characters in Tekken now with nearly, or just as big of, a payoff for less effort and demand.
You want “your” theoretical definition of aggressive? Play Feng/Leo. Shoulders and backs and carry and mixups and other graceful shit that hurts, all day to your hearts content.
Kuni ducks all of 7 confirmed mids in the entire game. Each character has at least 80 moves in their moveset. Multiply that times 50+, with over 2/3 of each moveset mostly consisting of mids, subtract 7 from it, and you see the meager product of what you’re dealing with. Shit was overhyped. Niggas ducked mids with Zaf for 5 years.
Yoshi shit is way stupid, but sadly enough, still not justifiable enough to make the masses feel comfortable enough to use him on their squad. Even though he’s way way better this game and was legit in BR, it still isn’t enough to sway a large portion of the scene and his actual players who’re convinced that he has sucked for years and still sucks. If I do encounter that shit once in Texas next month, I won’t trip. I’ll just be happy to see Yoshi on the screen. Then when they have to actually use him, smash their fucking heads in. But ya, plenty of other dumb stuff in the game that’s actually viable and wtf warranted than the popular stuff these scrubs are making vids on and not checking to see if it’s escapable or not. Got to love those guys.
I won’t say DoA sucks. But I’ve had no desire whatsoever to play any of the games past 2 and Hardcore. Why? For what reason unless I liked fan service that much or boredom at competitive level?

Indeed. I’m excited for the discount. As for the “for now” … I really don’t think there will be much trouble with hours… warehouses get high turn around. Maybe in the off season though, but I doubt you would go under 40 if you didn’t want to.
