It’s like we were scrounging for five people for the 5v5, and now that we barely found enough people, we’ve suddenly got a total of eight people going who could be on the team. It’s all I’m concerned with now, because I want to beat south MS so badly that their asses bleed for weeks.

Sev, quit telling fables. Let’s be real now. We shit-talked during my long sessions with both Jose and Adrian. At one point, you were even standing watching and Adrian handed you the pad. You said you don’t play xbox pad. I handed you my ps2 pad+x-converter. You said you only use stick. And it was like 10 shiny xbox or dual modded sticks laying on the couch waiting for you. C’MON! And the SF setup was empty and I tried to play you on that but it was “time to go”. So we talked shit over the SF setup for 10 minutes, Abel winpose burned into the screen looking at your ass like “stfu and sit down”. Plus, whenever I come to Hastings it’s like 8:45pm and some people, like Jose, tackle me soon as I step in but your usually doing ranbats so I don’t bother you unless it’s a quick shit-talk before your next match starts.
And like I was saying yesterday while you were in crunk mode, only reason I don’t come over anymore is because of current schedule. When I lived in Southaven, was I not over there anytime you felt like gaming? Whether it was when I played SF4, to give you Tek experience, or just to play random shit? And because I wanted to see the beasts. But then I moved to Cordova and got the slavery started working Sunday through Thursday 7:30am/9:30am to most nights 9:00pm. Friday is the only day I have off to run errands and handle other things that obviously can’t be accomplished other days but that’s usually when you host. When I free myself up on Fridays it’s after 5pm but that’s when T calls you out of the room and st. HKs you over the kitchen counter and next thing everyone else knows you’re throwing them out, face red, and cutting it off. My barber is in South Memphis so when I’ll post up here the night before that I’m going to get chopped, hit me up if you want games, and get no response.
So as if the above paragraph wasn’t apparent enough, only time I even have to play games besides tourneys is:
+Some days at Bishop’s WHILE IM ON THE CLOCK because I work in Cordova/Bartlett/Lakeland/Arlington, not to mention that he lives no more than 3 minutes away from me.
+Some days at Lil Mel’s or Rell’s if I get off at a decent time because both of them live 5 minutes away from the office.
+Random nights at Ernie’s at like 11pm to 2am or the next morning if it gets too crazy. Self explanatory. If I was at your house that late, even parked outside, T would kill us both.
+Some days at Marcus’/John’s/Tommy’s when I’m in the area or got tekken itch
+When I’m not out some Saturday’s when Squab or Abe host because it’s always late(the 4am sessions when I gotta be at work at 7am), they both live down the street(literally), and I try to come to everything when I can and if I feel like being around you queers.
So now you know why I’m not around to bring gas station chicken tenders to your house and kick your ass anymore. Would be going to O’s shit tomorrow, but like I said, it’s Friday. Plus I gotta do stuff that I was supposed to handle on Saturday so I can even go to Cinderslam.

edit: Of course, another potential problem to think about is any North MS players who aren’t on the team (Sev, w00t, and myself) will likely be asked to be on the MS team. I’ve already been asked about it, but I turned them down.
Why is Jas there twice? Honestly the ranbat rankings are all kinda funky since Bishop got put in losers early and messed it up for the rest of us.

Sorry, I was thinking about how whether Jas would want to be on the team when I was going to write “Dax”, and “Jas” came out.
The points may be a little weird, but Cylus and Bishop definitely deserve 1st and 2nd place. Also, after having Squab explain the math to me, Bishop didn’t get as many points as you think. The only real source of points the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd-ranked players get are for placing high in ranbats, which if they’re up there, they likely will anyway.

I went from 4th to out the top ten just from losing to Bishop and Johnny(who i play almost daily) in ranbat and losing one challenge to Rukus…
There’s a simple solution. Don’t try to move, jump, or hit buttons.

The radical drop in rank was because the point spread is still so thin. I didn’t say the whole thing was accurate yet, just the top three. The more matches we play, the more accurate it all becomes. Why do you think, with the exception of Weds, that I’ve only been doing challenge matches? I don’t care if they’re above or below me. The more matches we play, the more accurate the rankings are. I’m getting an average of 5-7 challenge matches per gathering now, and the result is me going from 19th to 5th (maybe 4th when the totals get updated)
Bryce still being 8th proves this point because the points aren’t accurate for him because he isn’t playing matches. Play more challenge matches and you’ll get above him by getting more points.
