Ok, the tournament was hype, in a big way. Lots of people showed up, we even had some new faces that put the spanking on some of the old school vets. We had a lot of new school old guys that came in and put the hurtin on some fairly confident Gief players.
All and all some really really good matches, which I have on video and am in the process of converting now. I should have them uploaded by this afternoon sometime, so watch my channel for the updates. www.youtube.com/noclandevon
And not giving away the final, but I will say that the repeating champion and contender did NOT make it to the final.
So it is official, Jamar is a has been and Dirty… well he’s just old.

Nobody knows me, but a buddy of mine and myself might be going. We only have 360s so I doubt we will be playing unless anybody has any ideas of how to get practice on a ps3 controller or let us borrow one for the tourney. Either way we should be going up to check it out at the least.

Ok, firt off… Hell no I didnt pick up Tekken 6… I graduated from Tekken a long time ago.
Ill be having people over to my place today for some good ole practice, besides I need a rematch against Travis, I cant sleep due to that loss.
But be warned, you niggas will have to be gone by 8, as I have to get to my other place and watch Ultimate Fighter, looks like a good episode tonight.
Second, the videos have started going up, Im uploading Dave vs Leon as I type this and others will be going up during the afternoon.
Thirdly TRAVIS, I got your message yesterday, and I do play some other games on playstation but not a whole lot. I stick to the pc for games but sometimes Ill put in Gran Turismo prologue or something.
AND bring your stick over this afternoon and Ill get that fixed, I have a soldering iron and should be agle to get that button out and cleaned.

and when i popped tekken into my xbox to learn a new game yesterday i got ye’ olde disk read error (which i get with every game except street fighter 4 now). so i think its a sign that i shouldnt be playing it.
About the tournament in Des Moines on the 14th: if you all didnt know its gonna be at 1pm local time in des moines. I will be driving I have Ken and Dubson in my car so far so that leaves 1 more spot for someone to ride along with if they are coming and wanna throw me gas money instead of driving.
For anyone going out there as well. I wanna know if you guys wanna stick around after the tournament and have some beers or something or just come straight back to Omaha afterwords. Cuz if anyone is down on throwin in for a hotel rooom i could probably swing that at the Holiday in or something. But for real Pudge, Chris and Jamar y’all should go and either one of you could hop in my car if gas is an issue for you guys cuz we need to rep our best if we show up.
