@D3V - Hmm it could have been the Chun-Li picture I got since a lot of people post different sizes of them online OR it could be me. I did hold down the shift key which I recall is supposed to keep things in proportion (This is Photoshop btw) I’ll try using the picture you provided D3V. Thanks a bunch!
@Qweezy - I found those pictures off of Google and Yahoo. Both pictures I had to use the pen tool, magic tool, and erase tool to make them PNG types.
I think you should portion out the center image of Chun more so to fit the original and lose the top right. It feels forced.
I re-sized it but it looked the same. Are you sure the main Chun-Li image looks that congested?
EDIT: I re-sized it more and now it looks in proportion but I really want to implement those other two images into the artwork. Any suggestions?

Yup, the main Chun image is still stretched out.
The one you have in the middle of them doesn’t match the art style, and her face is completely covered by the buttons, get rid of her imo. The one on the far right looks too bright, tone her down some with a filter maybe?
the main image has enough going on that you dont need to dump more chun-lis on it. seriously. its not needed. and the template itself is not really that large, you arent going to see most of the characters anyway.
A good rule in composition is to never cut off the heads. Also Like they said that middle Chun does not go with the other two. Once you put that main picture to its right proportion you will have a gap on both sides. It’ll be difficult to make it work unless you clip out chun from the background and lay a different background underneath
EDIT: well the main picture has texture overlays so it would look weird to take her out of the background and still have swirls on her
while we’re on the subject, i made one of my own: yours is still stretched, btw.
