Okay that’s not the real reason Rei is considered to be better than Raoh and Juda.
Despite in Hnk most character have some damaging or infinite combo, that’s not the only reason Rei and Toki are better than others. Making it simple, they have good fast moves, stable damaging combo, and safe moves to get out of pressure. They have better winning ratio than others.
Personally I think Juda’s veriety and randomness deserves him an S spot, although I understand why he doesn’t. If the game ever gets a revision and broken stuff gets removed (so long as Juda doesn’t get tweaked too much) he’d easilly be among the top lot. Raoh’s loop is his only real factor making him A-Class, whout it he’d only be mid/low-mid imo…
Okay now is that infinite activated just by doing ( whatever set up - boost- uppercut) dig what i’m sayin?? And is there any requirements example opponent MUST be air borne already or can you just do it while opponent is planted??

Shin in the anime, jumps off of the balcony of his city because he didn’t want to be killed by Kenshiro’s technique. They gave him the special so that he wouldn’t have to die by the opponents hand, just like in the anime. Completely badass. I want this game even MORE now.
