If it’s only one or two MIT players who are into the game, I probably might be better off taking a pass as well. Let me know. We could play in an unheated toolshed for all it matters, but adequate comp is a definate must.

I am from Boston, and thought it would be cool to meet some comp! I have been playing mostly VF but play many 2d games as well! I am not great in any, but would like to meet up with some players of anything… my main games are mvc and super turbo, but I would like to also play cvs2 and third strike.

at GT/MIT, are there occasions where you can just pay $20 and then play all the games you want?
The last time I’ve been to arcade was when I was. . .around 7, so I can’t remember.

I’ve been playing Super Turbo for quite awhile, and I still do
I’m not too bad at SFA3, most of the online competition out of SRK isn’t that worthy for me
I’m working on 3S
I’m decent at SC2. I just don’t want to get into high level play.
And if you count console gaming, Budokai 3. I hope there are some people who can actually play this game to its depth up here. . .

I’d like to have a small Capcom vs SNK2 tournament on the 21st.
Format will either be double elimination or round robin.
Location: MIT Gameroom
Time: 7pm
After the tournament, we will move to casuals nearby on console, or perhaps do a team CvS2 tournament of sorts.
We’ll do $5-10 entry fee.
