If there is less than 16 players that attend (which there probably will be), the tournament will be giving first-round byes based upon seed. The top seeds (based on recent/past tournament results) will be given byes the first round (how many determined by the amount of people less than 16) and will be placed farther away from each other in brackets. Seeds will NOT be determined by who is the best player, but simply based upon tournament performance. The seeding will be as such:

  1. Pryde
  2. Nestor
  3. Danny
  4. Caddles
  5. Roberto
  6. pDizzle

Remember, this is ONLY based on past Boston tournament results (1st and 2nd placings only) and does NOT reflect biases/skill level or whatever. Obviously we won’t have only 10 people, but if some of these people should not attend, the others will take their place in the seedings. All the other placements will be done randomly/according to same town issues.

Highlights:

  • Crazy ass turnout, wasn’t even expecting half the people to come. Lots of oldschool people.

  • Pryde proved exactly why Pryde-AAA is still the dopest shit around.

  • Salem proved why they’re still on top in Boston, even without practice.

  • Caddles throws Winner’s finals to Paul 3-0 so he can meet Pryde in loser’s final. THAT SHIT BACKFIRED DIDN’T IT???

  • Pryde comes from losers to beat Paul two sets, 4-2, 4-2.

  • Andrew had to leave even after beating Delvis, so Delvis was technically allowed to go on to the next round.

  • For once, no Anomaly members went two and out.

  • $20 3/5 money match between Danny and Caddles is postponed due to Caddles’ A1 button dying in the 5th and final game.

  • Not too much complaining about the sticks, which is good.

  • That’s pretty much it, good shit everyone. This is how it should be EVERY tournament.

Next tournament will be a “Welcome Back Commy” tourney on the 23rd. Hope to see all you there.
