As for T5 DR, as of now I am forming up the 707 DR Shinobi Team. Team wise I’m attempting to get a 3 man team for the June 3rd DR SVGL Team tourney. So far if Phillip is interested in this, it’ll be me (Yushiro), Phillip (Jaguarandine), and one other player that can step up in the 707 DR scene.
When I come to Tilt next week, I’ll be adding the 707 Shinobi name on my Anna card. On Wednesday, I will be heading up to SVGL for some massive competition training.

Anyway Chris, that 3rd spot will probably be Antonio, unless you feel someone else at Tilt has stepped up lately in DR. When I get some money, we have to get some games in. What time are you going to svgl btw? Assuming I can scrape together the funds, I’ll probably be getting home at 6-7pm

Ah that means I’ll most likely be going to SVGL as a lonewolf next Wednesday. That’s cool, I’ll come by to Tilt early on that day before I go to SVGL.
Antonio told me that he might not be able to make it to the June 3rd tourney so he is more of a questionable of he could make it or not. Hmm right now it is a coin toss, but I have a very strong feeling that Ben (Law, Baek player) would be the third teammate. He has gotten a lot better and I’ve been playing him quite a bit on DR. I believe playing a bit of games and training with Ben, he could become the Dark Knight player that would be great for our Shinobi team. Either Ben, Antonio, Mark, or two other players that I know of have a good chance of being on the Shinobi 707 team.
By june 3 i should have a car. If anyone want to join the 707 secondary team aka “That last launch was random bullshit” plz submit an application at this weekends tilt tourney. there will be an interview followed by a training video. Thank You!
i’m still a tekken scrub =(. i need to get better at blocking/looking for lows and wavedashing with kaz. whats the command for wavedashing anyway? I was thinking about putting some random shit on my card name anyway, might as well get in some kind of 707 team but I definately need to step my game up somehow.
oh yeah, the 1p stick on mvc2 will be replaced in the next couple days since it is not consistent according to some people.

(This is Jaguarandine) I think Ryan and Ahrmon are worth considering too. Ryan has improved a lot since we first started and beat me convincingly in 5.0. Ahrmon just has a natural talent for fighting games. If he were to focus his energy on DR, I think he could get really dangerous. Mark, I think you’re probably the most improved tekken player at Tilt recently. If we have enough players for 2 teams, that would be pretty sick. If everyone’s really serious about this, we should consider some dates to meet up.

Yes you are right Phillip I would like to focus my energy on DR but, I keep my fighting games balanced. I just came to drop a line cuz you mention my name. Me and my Eternal Rival do not have a problem being in the 3rd team/ person. I choose Ryan because he’s more strategic than me. I can do a lil sumtin, sumtin to hold it down in general.

Just so everyone knows, the entry fee for singles at this tourney is $20; it’s pretty serious and will include the best players from all over the country as well as some of the best players from Japan.
