…Blazblue…How’s Carl as a char? i remember back when the game came out he was low on the tier list. i’d like to try him out along with iron tager. They both seem kinda fun.

Is SFIV really that bad? I do agree that some matches is like watching Pillow Fighter 4 instead Street Fighter 4 ( i.e. Zangief matches and couple of other characters). But its still pretty fun to play. I like watching the jap’s play.

i played GGxxAC few weeks back. it was fun to play ,until i got counterhit with BBU against Dizzy. then i decided the game sucked balls…

I don’t think SF4’s really that bad, though I get kinda irritated at all the sorts of BS in that game coming from Gief and Sagat and other matchups I have issues with (hello Balrog). I was playing a lot more until VO came out for XBL and killed that, lol.

I started liking it a lot more when I switched over to Rufus and could actually start pressing offense and rushing again, I can’t play defensive for shit in anything.

As for GG… Slayer’s pimp hand is too powerful, you don’t fuck with a guy who fights with a suit on while smoking a pipe the ENTIRE TIME.

yea in a way GG is like Marvel, its fun to pick up every now and then. Hate how you dont even actually win against slayer. he just decides to stop fighting and lay playboy style on the ground. the win feels so empty afterwards

I seen some carl shit. Reminded me of stider/doom. Put yur opponent in between u two and u do damage.

It was racheal vs carl do did that juggle with the puppet then when racheal recovered he did somethin to mix it up and was able to start the juggle all over again. Shit was crazy.

Seen another match v-13 I think vs ragna. V-13 reminds me of dizzy. Stay back projectiles all day. Then fuckin, I don’t know if it was a special or a normal but he did like 6 hits with in move then 6 more hits wit another then somehow launch them and started juggling wit swords while they were in the air. BROKEN!

I tried playing carl when the game first came out…i didnt understand him at but, but i saw that Dio guy play him and he was doin dirt…looks like his game is the strongest when you get sandwiched in between him and Nirvana…I was never good at managing to people at once so theres no way id be able to play him

V-13 was hella scarring me when she first came out.she had lid full screen combo strings and shit, but i dont really see much of her these ays…she’s still good though

Im thinkin about pickin up GGXXAC again. Me and VJ were talkin about it, i could definitely see some late night GG sessions back in affect.

And as far as SF4 goes…Ya’ll know how i feel about that. I’d say it is for some people and ain’t for others. Im bored with it…But like jeff I love watching Japanese matches. Its the same way for 3rd strike for me…hate playin it, but love watchin Japan do dirt

About Carl, I seriously disagree with how the tier list puts him at the very bottom. I was talking to a couple of socal heads, and pretty much everyone came to the consensus that there’s no way he’s under A- tier.

Fighting a good Carl is a pain in the ass, because in able to hit Carl you have to go to the most dangerous part, that sandwich part between him and Nirvana where all the bad shit happens. Because fireballs don’t work too well on him due to Nirvana eating them for free and then you losing initiative because you threw a fireball.

I’m still playing AC. Anytime you’re ready CJ lol.

Slayer’s really not that bad, it really is how well you play the game. You guys should stop complaining because of losing to Oliver, he’s really not a bad player at all.

I’ve seen enough Slayers get scraped by Bridget so once again, tiers don’t matter as much in this game. Unless you’re autopiloting with Eddie, then that shit needs high level play to beat.
