you have to play ranked matches, the more you play those, you will eventually play better people.
i played a few ranked matches. won a couple, lost a couple. the ones i lost i either deserved, or swear the shit that hit me i wouldn’t have gotten hit with in person. Even some of the games i won were just completely stupid.
Don’t get me wrong, i like the game and its fun. Its just that playing online will probably hurt your skills in person unless you’re playing with someone who you share a great connection with.

as far as online play, ps3 is chopped & screwed and xb360 is too smoothed. playin online is hella fun reguardless how good or bad a player is. just uniting the hc gamers.

ive been playing for like the last 6 hours. just about EVVVVERRRYYBODY picks the same god damn people: Ryu, Ken, Akuma, and Gief.
Every single one of the players played the exact same as everybody else. Akuma would just do air fireballs all day, all Ryu’s just played the keep away fireball game > srk when you jump in. All kens spam ex tatsus and ex SRKs. The gief players weren’t scrubs but fuck they are annoying. I sitll haven’t learned how to fully adapt to him…
