Well Bronson did qualify for T5 Nationals placing top three at Southern CA regionals. The other two were Tom and Arario.
Well hopefully Andy (725) will qualify in the NorCA regional tourney. I was hoping he would make top three in South CA but it’s all good. Again the T5 NorCA regionals is going to be very tough.

Who was there on Saturday for T5 at Tilt?
Practically most of the top players from North CA went to the Southern CA T5 regionals this Saturday. I get a couple wins on T5 playing against Ricky Ortiz at SVGL but now I have to be careful when playing against a good Bryan player. Practically any kind of juggle launcher with Bryan in any wall stage can almost kill you.
So far the top three T5 characters as of now is Steve, Nina, and Bryan.
iono…but people were like “damn all he does is run away like a fag”. he kept doing random lvl 1 vega wall jump supers and not even try to hit anyone.

Hmm…It might have been Antonio as well as 3-4 other players that I know of. I’m hoping that they have gotten better since the last time I played at the Solano Tilt with them.
Since the Solano Tilt tourney will be coming shortly. I’ll be practicing at the Tilt from now on till I start working at the Colusa Casino. At least I know all the characters move and as to what they can do now, now I can just stick playing with my Anna and try to find ways to counter attack.
I’ll be at the Tilt tomorrow afternoon to brush up my technique. Tuesday however I have to go to the Colusa Casino for a meeting to get my gaming license.
I was at the Tilt on Saturday; arrived after 5pm. RJ’s gotten a lot better with Hwoarang and he also taught me some moves I had no idea existed. Hopefully he’ll join the t5 tourney on the 19th. There was also a player there from svgl named Cheedee(sp?) who played Raven pretty well. Ended up staying till closing. I must say the level of tilt play in tekken has risen dramatically since tekken 4. We should tell everyone that we play about the tourney, so more local players show up this time. Probably won’t have the chance to go back until the 19th, but I got the pratice I needed for upcoming tournies.
LOLLL!!! I’ve played that guy and he’s too funny. I saw him with a 10 game winning streak doing that crap before i sent him home. He ended playing me two more times before he gave up on trying to do that run away jump off walk with Vega, Bison, super crap. I would love to play that guy again.

Hey Phillip. Practice wise, Raven shouldn’t be your main concern…it’s mainly now Steve, Nina, and Bryan. Espiecally Bryan because if you ever get juggled by Bryan in any wall stage, your going to get caught by his wall setup (1,2,1, d/f+3) and do not tech get up recovering the wall because there is no way to block the d/f+3 in time therefore getting juggled again leaving you with very much no health.
The reason I say this is because Ricky Ortiz isn’t only playing Nina now, he’s playing Bryan which is just as bad. I got at least some good practice in with Ricky at SVGL playing Tekken5 and basically I would watch out for the good Bryan players as well as Nina and Feng.
What I’m trying to say is that you might want to practice up a bit more before the Tilt tourney begins on the 19th. Regionals is going to be even tougher but without Bronson since he qualified.

Hello Peep’s let me know if any of you serious gamers are interest on going to berekly every tuesday. It will cost you about 7 bucks to go with me. I’ll be driving to richmond from fairfield and from there take the BART train which costs about 7 bucks around trip to berekly. I am not charging for gas or toll money. You just gotta pay your way on the BART. No way in the world i could get Berekly on time by driving and then me going thru the trouble of parking over there. We would be leaving by 5 or 5:30 the latest. Pick ups in fairfield or vallejo i guess.
