i haven’t been to tilt in at least 2 months now :tdown: no ride! can’t wait till summer though because i’ll finally get my lisence.

I think i know him too. his name is Trung right. A skinny jappeneese guy that wheres hlasses and uses storm sent mag. He is “the best” at solano college right now. everyone out their thinks he is the shit but i told him that if he wanted some real comp to go to the Fairfield tilt and he said “ok”. I knew R.J and all the hardcore mvc2 players would serve him good. He is a dick anyways. 
Bearcade is pretty tight. That got a lot of good games there and a lot of space. Anyways, apparently I played two guys over there, LB and Taesty. They both think they play ok but its more than ok. If anyone cares, WE all need to step up our game a notch or THREE. I am starting to re-think if I am learning anything myself at our Tilt. I know I am making BOLD STATEMENTS but go there yourself a see… Shit I’d even you a ride there. Dan and I had fun thou. We went out for some drinks afterwards and came across a BAR and Grill places that had good prices and food was good.
LB and Tae are better in terms of experience and consistency, but skillwise you guys are up to par. They have the advantage of playing Ricky a lot, and the rest of us in SJ get to play Choi a lot. Buk was around a lot too, and playing (or getting your ass kicked by) good players helps you improve. Make a once a week trip to UCB since it’s closer for you, or go to SVGL if you can. Choi’s back from Japan, I’m sure you can learn from him.
Oh yeah, if no one shows up to either place if you come down, there’s hella places to chill and grub in both cities.

Yeah, Ill go for sure once a week if not twice a week. I just not feeling the parking. I am feeling all the hot chicks walking around; I think the summer is going to be off the hook. Anyways, food seems pretty tight, hella bums around the town thou, and they reminded me of New York. I’d be honored to get my ass handed to me by choi.

Trung’s not a dick, he’s just a young dude trying to find his place in the world. The Homo Prince is an old dude I believe from Sacramento, he is a dick. Not trying to defend Trung as I have my problems with his personality, but he’s not a bad dude. Anyway, ANYBODY claiming to be the best in Solano College in any game has some kind of ego. There are literally 3 serious players there in CvS and MvC combined. I speak to Trung now and then at school and I never heard him claim he’s the best.
yo;u; are right he does not claim to be the best. that is what everyone else their thinks. dwhen i ask who is the best at solano college at mvc2. they say trung. if their are serious playerw in cvs2 point them in my direction because i need some comp out their. I havnt had a challenge out their yet. and when i do go up to play cvs2 when i am on break everyone leaves because they dont want to play me. It hella sucks.

Hey Just1moe, did you get any wins out there? or was it an uphill battle?
I played my tournament team, K Sak, Blanka, R2 Sagat and I think I had a 9 game winning streak when i got there. Two games didnt count because this other guys were kinda scrubish. When I switch to my Anti A groove team, P Cammy, Blanka, R2 Sak they traded games or i started to lost more. I think that team needs development or i should just drop them all together. Sometimes they are effective. Regardless of the winning streak, they fought hella hard and I commend them. I’ll tell you more when i see you, are u going to tilt today? Is today your day off? And does anyone know where i can get A DC controller?
Yeah I work 3-9 so I will be there. For a dc controller your best bet is probably Game Crazy or EB.
Not sure whice on is in the mall but they stop selling DC products.

The T5 settings at Modesto Boomers is pure insanity. 5/9 rounds can take quite some time to finish up but my god that was great practice for me. Also there were about 8-10 players that were playing against me on Tekken5.
By the time Boomers almost closed up (9PM) and everyone left. I had a 74 win streak, then killing off the computer just to get my card out of the machine. If that wasn’t an endurance test, I don’t know what is anymore. Anyways a lot of interesting Tekken matches went down. :wow:
I heard you only go to school tuesdays and thursdays. I only go MWF. But just for argument’s sake, what time do you be there?

The Fairfield Tilt has been very quiet most of the time for Tekken5. Some of the decent places for T5 competition is either at Newpark Tilt, MGL, SVGL, or at Serra Bowl.
