They actually made those World Heros characters look SWEET! I’m hype over this game

Anyways I’ll add my .02 I don’t hold much hope for Sammy vs Capcom. I like Guilty Gear and SF but puttiing them together seems like a bad idea, and also shouldn’t it be ArcSystems vs Capcom since ArcSystems are the ones that make GG not Sammy? Or is it because they will add characters from Iron Phoenix. Oh well…
As I said before the animation (in this video anyways) looked a little dissapointing to me, but I’m still psyched about this game.

I think that SNKP is doing a really good move by getting some people that we haven’t seen in a while.
I don’t know about anyone else, but I’ve always had the idea that King of Fighters should have always been diffrent fighters every year. They could maybe keep Kyo, Iori and Terry, and have everyone else in the cast be different characters from the SNK universe each time. Have a “TRUE” KOF - not just people from Fatal Fury or Art of Fighting. No story. No plot. Just ass-kicking.

If there is a Sammy vs. Capcom I’d expect characters from GG, Rumble Fish, Seven Samurai, Darkstalkers and Warzard, maybe a few from SF ^^

By the way, its been confirmed that the tentative release is in seven months, and that the eight slots with “?” are for the characters to be presented at TGS. The game will have MORE chracters than that.

Okay, so what happened with SvC was that there was a lot of hype because everyone was so estatic over the character roster. I mean, Shiki is in the game? Hugo? Tessa? Then the secret characters started leaking out. Red Arremer? Mars People? Mega Man Zero? Everyone sung SNK songs of how they were the best company ever simply based on a few obscure characters that they included in the game.
I see this happening again.
Oh, but apparently I’m just some Capcom troll who doesn’t like KOF or Real Bout so I just bash everything. I could never actually like SNK except for a few bad games they’ve made. No, there’s no grey area with me. Nope, none at all. I also like having people put words in my mouth.
By the way, CFJ sucks too.
if they know how to learn from their mistakes then i dont think this will be another svc.
if its true that svc was a half made game they polished up a bit just to make some money after climbing back from bankruptcy then i dont think this will be another svc.

My opinion is this game will be the shit and expect to see alot of characters you don,t expect to be in the game.
based on what weve seen so far youd have to sat colosseum looks more promising than cfj though…

Back before SvC was in beta tests, I used this argument a lot. People kept pointing out examples of overpowered characters and infinites in KOF games, but I defended SNK saying that they would do better. This wasn’t going to be just another KOF game, after all. It was going to be SNK vs. Capcom. Plus, rumor had it that the MOTW guys were working on it. How could the game possibly suck?
Well, I don’t know what went wrong, but apparently it is very possible. I am not going to jump out of my skin just because the game has a non-traditional character roster.
