About setting up our own stream though (or in the very least, getting more srs about recording matches & putting them on teh interwebs), if you decide to include commentary and you need a multi-directional mic, mic mixer + cables, and/or mic stand lemme know and I can provide them, just need to get all that back from crow’s place since I have it there from when we did (extremely terrible) SC4 commentary.

Honestly though, I’m not sure, I don’t usually try to listen to people during my matches, bar the people who actually try to give me advice, I just hear random shit talk every once in a while.
Background noise usually doesn’t bother me. Except for one time back in my Brawl days, but I was probably just mad cause I was playing Brawl.
it wasn’t background noise, it was the announcer yelling METAKNIGHT over and over
It was just some dude talking right behind me about something totally unrelated to the match. Kinda annoying.
Also, Brawl is kinda annoying.
edit: sf4 is saturday so i cant go…i work…
but anyways…about the monthlies…is the next one gonna be at gameyard?..cause having 3 big games at digiops seems kinda hard 
I would definitely prefer switching it up to Garden City and Ann Arbor. The thing that kills me these days is working practically every Saturday, but given when stuff usually starts, Garden City is a much easier drive to make it in time than Ann Arbor. I should be getting a MC Cthulhu any day now, so hopefully I’ll be ready to play on PS3 and Xbox soon enough.
Of course, if I could just get a new job, this would likely be a moot point

Got quickly knocked out on Saturday but still had an awesome time I need to actually introduce myself to who I play, and people I’m not playing, and actually play some casuals next time though… I was too busy watching everyone else kill it! It’s going to be a long way to go…
Garden City should be a little easier to make (360 only makes it worse - first time I’ve ever wanted a game to be exclusive just so I wouldn’t have to buy more stuff, ha) but it sucks because I’ll never/almost never get a Saturday completely off because of work. Ah well, I’ll figure something out. I usually do.
