I can see Chun being near the top of the heap. Dunno about actually being the top, but they gave her the only tools she really needed for Super: A solid anti air, and an ultra she can actually land without the other guy falling asleep and doing a fireball when she has a charge. She’s already the queen of poking and footsies, being able to land kikosho (low damage as it is) off of a jump in or a simple up-close combo in addition to what she had already from SF4 is just beastly.

I can see Guile being right up there too. Honda, I don’t think I’ve played a good one, so I don’t know about that. But people WERE doing really well with him at EVO, it seemed from the stream.

He can also FP head butt thru sim fireballs, which limits sim zoning against him.

Isn’t that really strict timing for him to FP Headbutt through sims FP fireballs? I honestly haven’t played Honda much in Super. I’ve been trying to learn Dudley and Makoto pretty much the whole time so I haven’t been giving my favorite sumo much playtime. I do remember sim being my #1 problem in Vanilla with Honda, though. Sim and for some reason Guile really gave me problems because I’m not a defensive Honda(or defensive anybody)…maybe thats why I never considered him top tier.
