Rob_2.0 dropped from the game the moment he lost…so the win didn’t register (and instead makes it look like a loss since it only displays WIN/TOTAL to other people). Not really important but it seemed like a rude way to drop (the game needs an online chat option…)

Maybe I don’t know how to use this program but the server seems empty now.
The server is EFnet, channel is #8105monster. There are definitely always people in there. I recommend using the Phoenix, AZ EFnet server.

I’m confused. I go to intrude, click on an open match, the name of the match and the match info zooms in, I click go, it pauses for a minute, then no luck. What am I doing wrong? My firewall should be properly configured for the game, and I’m not on a router.
You should just remove the firewall completely. In any case, there is a problem with Monster’s connections, apparently it will be fixed in the next patch.
Should I have “Wait” on or off?
Wait lets you host a game. No one can join your game if Wait is off, but you can join others.

This patch and the subsequent end of the network maintenance can’t come soon enough.
I’m not going to try to be nice. Those matches were horrible. Extremely bad. I should have stopped playing the first time the lag screwed me up, perhaps I shouldn’t try to look “kind” by staying when I should clearly have left. Damn, always trying to do the “nice” thing always screws me up in the end. Horrible games.
I’ve been out of commission for awhile since I can’t fix that forward port problem. I know how to open ports on my router but it didn’t work. Oh well…at least direct connection works. Pain in the ass though, so I hope they fix this problem in the next patch, if it’s even possible?

According to Shin, who talks with the creators, they are going to fix that problem.

I have the same problem, but I can host games just fine. Turn wait on and wait untill A NEW CHALLENGER APPROACHES!
