Diego is tough as nails. I felt he won the fight, but apparently was in the minority. Kampmann’s ego gets the best of him too often.

Was really happy to see CB Duckaway get knocked out.

how the hell is anyone convinced martin won? he won 1 round thats it. diego fucked up him up in round 2 and 3. martin hurt his hand and literally was running the fuck away by the end of the fight. diego finally got a td, diego’s face was messed up but he wasnt really in danger outside of the 1st. martin was in danger alot in 2 and 3.

I just hate it how the judges tend to just give the person moving forward the nod even though theyre getting the worse of the exchanges. Sure, Diego was going forward in the 3rd round… but I felt like Kampmann was hitting him with straights cleanly a couple times.

Also… how the hell is this a unanimous decision for Diego and then BJ/Fitch was a draw. :wonder:

diego rocked martin hard in the second and third. he physically controlled him, yeah martin was defending those td’s…but diego literally pushed him from the middle of the ring(where martin wanted to be) to the fence. he also eventually got the td.

I gave the fight to Martin.

Diego couldn’t get a takedown (save for one - his 30th try at the end, that didn’t result in anything) almost the entire fight. That left standup in which Martin tagged his ass all night. Diego got a couple punches in that weakened Martin a bit, but like Martin said “look at his face.”

On paper and on Diego’s face, Kampmann’s win is clear. He got robbed by flash with no substance.
