i dont disagree, but something about him just always came off as their can always be another gsp we just havent seen it yet. gsp and jon jones come off as the type of athletes that we see in the nba and nfl. they just happen have that mix of athleticism and gentics and applied it to mma. this is just my personal opinion. so you can not get all catchy feely and sippin coffee bout it.

In other news: Angela Hill defended her title last night. She has truly evolved as a mixed martial artist since moving to Alliance in Cali. Her ground game, grappling, striking, conditioning, footwork and ring presence have all improved drastically. Then again, she is on the same team as this guy:

Guys so lately I’ve been doing some striking before my grappling class and it’s helped me improve a whole lot just by being loose and hand eye coordination . My coach was mad that I didn’t train enough gi this week but I was outgrappljng everybody in our no gi class . Just the confidence and timing from striking helped me work my wrestling better even let me outwrestle one of our wrestlers
