I gotta go with kohi > kohaku solo > hisui > hiko. But thats just my personal opinion.

About Hisko, would she be considered like bottom tier or something? I mean if it’s like one in a blue moon you ever see her in a match vid. Her Kohaku assists just don’t come out as fast as Kohis’.
It’s not that shes low tier, it’s just that solo hisui is better cause of the 214 moves she has.
Japan rarely plays ‘both maids’ so there’s no justification for them to pick hiko for the option of switching to kohaku for added mixup much like when they play kohi they only use hisui for assists and rarely put her on point.
I think the switching concept is something more popular to U.S. fighting game players.
