Same here, he just looks plain fun, also he seems to have this whole classic hero thing. “It’s my destiny!” “Have at you!!” I want to see more of his moves in action.
As said before, Megaman is Top Tier.
Well that statement is invalid because Inafune suggested to put Bad Box Megaman in this game before left. Remember this this games was in development for about 3 years

Finally we can play with our original Mega Man!
And it’s really cool that we get a completely new Mega to play as,
even if it is a joke one.
Plus it’s not like people wouldn’t be enraged even if it was the usual blue bomber,
after all, this isn’t UMVC3.
The cats where what had me enraged as far as the extras go,
small ass joke characters that are hard to hit need to die in a fire.
I wasn’t even planning on joining this forum before I saw that trailer, and then I said “fuck it” I’ve got to learn as to play as this guy.
Its like Capcom is actively trying to kill Mega Man…or trying to see how much they can piss off his fanbase.

Mega Man finally looks like a man and not a little sissy child. I think this is a very good change. I liked the idea for Pac-Man also. Very much looking forward to the game.

I could live with bad box art or “frank west” style mega man. But I really dislike the beer gut american slob mega man. It just makes fun of us if you think about it… the views the world has on americans. Since it was “our” box art in the first place…Ono does not appeal to me and he thinks hes the star of the show and has a ego. Everythings a joke and his face is always marketed with everything. The guy is just a asshole with a smile on his face plain and simple. If you think capcom themselfs are assholes, this guy takes the cake and loves it.

Doubt it. I feel like He’ll have basic punches and kicks and then his blaster. Technically this isn’t “original” megaman anyway.
I think Lupi mentioned that he’ll have moves like Ryu and Ken, so prob. a Tornado Kick and uppercut move?
Mega Man was known for having SF moves and cameos(well i know MMX had SF moves and Chunli is in MM9.
