Possible 8-way Air Dash?

In some of the pictures she has a purple aura around her. Could she have a speed boost hyper like Wolverine? He gets a purple aura during his and Seth did say she was ridiculously fast.
Looks more command dash like, Zero’s Hienkyaku style. Or a Jill Valentine version of T. Hawk’s Condor Dive.
