Whoa Revelations is before 5? I find that weird because in the trailer for Revelations Jill is all like “U WONT GET AWAY WIT DIS” and then Chris is all like “I ALREADY HAVE”

Hmm that has potential to be pretty interesting. I was already hyped for the trailer. I’m going to need to look up so info on Revelations.
Yeah, and good news for RE5 haters, dislikers…hell, even lukewarmers. This game is supposed to return to TRUE Survival Horror…with the RE4/5 control scheme…with tweaks (considering the game is barely done, who knows what they will truly be). Makes me wonder, why isn’t this on a bigger system? The stand alone Mercenaries game is understandable (with Claire making her first Mercenaries appearance) but this seems like an important game.

I’m wondering that myself. The plot for the game is a far cry from the typical gaiden game. Bless them for trying to go the survival horror route again. I have my reservations about that. How can you do proper horror on a handheld?
I agree with that this seems like a pretty big deal. At least to Resident Evil fans. Kind of reminds me of when Hideo Kojima said that MGS: Peace Walker was the true Metal Gear Solid 5 and then he puts it on PSP where it controls like crap. That alone made me hate handheld gaming.
Although I am optimistic about the 3DS.
It’s not that they can’t do proper horror. But no matter how you slice it, it will be diminished.
My guess is that if Revelations is successful we will either see a console port or a new console game using the same formula. Either it’s more Resident Evil which I am always a fan of.
Also in response to the horror on a handheld comment, it is 3D so there is potential there.
I’m not even sure she was brainwashed, or at least it wasn’t effective. I mean she remembers everything the moment the deice is removed, in fact she even tells Chris about Wesker’s plan, that means she was concious the whole time. If she was brainwashed, there would be heavy consequenses. Take a look at Cammy, she didn’t even knew about her past till SF2. It doesn’t look like Jill has an amnesia, so it was more of a mind control device.

Looks like a Battlesuit variation to me. It is difficult to say how the game will turn out considering it is only 20% done.

The two 3DS RE games had me thinking. What happened to the PSP RE game that was announced at E3 09? Did it become vaporware.
It’ll help but my by much. It’s hard to get scare if your playing it in the waiting room in your doctor’s office or riding on the bus.
lol Imagine sitting on a bus and some guy is playing his 3DS, a monster jumps out and he jumps up and screams like a girl. Aw the joy of public transportation.
Also, to my own surprise I am really digging her Revelations Battlesuit which is weird given how much I dislike the RE5 Battlesuit. Her legs look all athletic and awesome.
Hardly surprising, you were already subconsciously prepared to see her wearing a Battlesuit. Where RE5 BS looked out of place, Revelations one already looks like it is fitting. Plus she is brunette again. I myself like her new look a lot, but I think they made her lips a little too plump.
P.S. Forgot one more thing, The return of Claire’s ASS!
