No, it’s still Jill and in her more recent look. Seriously, with Wesker and Chris in their RE5 outfit, it makes sense she would have hers too.
Yeah, though the alts are just color edits. At least the ones we’ve seen so far.
Anything that shows off Jill’s shape is A-OK in my book. RE females are the most functionally correct female heroes in gaming (except for RE3, Ada and most alt outfits). I don’t mind Jill’s skin suit and hair. And being that I like Sarah and Nina, it’s triple win for me.

Since Spidey has a skin tight suit they are just color edits, though ‘skin’ would be more appropriate since he’s 3D modeled. Still, you can go pretty far just by messing with colors in the right places (SF4 PC skins).
All the alts so far are skins really. No model changes yet.
Right but SF4 got model changes for DLC so I don’t see why they wouldn’t try it with this game.
I thought Marvel characters will get new costumes while Capcom characters just got color swaps.

I remember hearing this as well. Although costumes for Marvel are just skins, not new models. I wonder what Jill’s color swaps will be. Here’s hoping for a red/black and white/pink combinations.
When I looked at the images you were comparing I thought you were supporting the idea that she looked like Nina. Don’t know how anyone could look at those images and see no similarity. Busty blonde, pony tailed lady in a tight purple suits does describe them both fairly specifically.

If Jill’s hair and suit were any other color we wouldn’t be talking about this right now. It shows how starved for conversation we are.
But Jill’s battlesuit is blue, not purple/violet. 
But yeah, a change of subject is definitely in order.
