Excluding training. I weight 190lbs at 6 feet. Trying to get to 180lbs. That was the weight I had before becoming this sedentary lazy bum. Althought my weight didnāt change though Iāve gotten a lot stronger since I restarted.
If you are at 1500 Calories before working out, depending on intensity you may be well below that. Itās true that for fat loss, itās intake vs output, but you body needs fuel to properly run. Also you may want to check out your body composition (fat percentage).
You may be right, on off days I do 15 min HIIT. And in the gym I lift weights and finish with HIIT (45 min session). However I do feel great. But I guess this might make my body develop slowly?
Thatās great. I think if you up your intake a bit it will help. You arenāt trying to starve yourself in the process.
Judging by what you posted. You might actually not be eating enough like others suggested. Average man should consume 2000-2500 calories a day. Your body is likely going into starvation mode and storing fat. Thus why the belly fat is sticking around. This is why some people end up being āSkinny fatā

Yeah. Even when I was shape through my mid to late 20ās I was very skinny fat cause I didnāt bother going to a dietician or fitness coordinator or anything like that to learn about shit. No matter what I did it was always there.
