Mfers is really mad on my feed cuz ppl pointing out huge flaws in Tyler Perry’s movies. Well, if the nigga stopped cuttin corners & hire editors instead of doin it all himself (in 5 days no less), these issues ppl see wouldn’t exist or atleast be alot harder to spot
He wants to run his company, star, direct, write AND edit by himself, that shit is NOT sustainable

ohhhh but it’s leading to such unintentionally hilarious results; I’m sure he doesn’t really care as he laughs all the way to the bank…but damn the clips people are posting on fb are GOLD…like the now infamous old dude who’s an extra in the restaurant…eating and drinking AIR…there appears to be food on the plate but he’s not eating it, and there was nothing in the glass he drinks from 
that fine ass girl from Double Toasted crew (I guess that’s the main guy’s wife apparently) pointed out it looks like when a Dad is doing the “tea party” thing with his daughter, and eating/drinking imaginary food/drinks

Im aware, just sets a bad precedent. Perry bought his own studio after Hollywood shunned him to prove he was just as good. Then immediately starts resting on his laurels
Despite me not caring for his movies. I want him to get better & succeed. He’s given alot of ppl of color jobs and hope, but that still doesnt mean he shouldn’t be held to a high standard
He has no incentive to put out a better product when ppl will digest whatever shit he feeds them. And yes, the memes are funny as fuck lol

It’s really up to his fans. People gotta vote with their wallets. The strange thing is, he’s in a great position to put out something good. People have proven in the past they’ll show up to utter shit if he puts out. If he put out something good on the level of, say, Get Out, he MIGHT do way bigger numbers than with schlock. I don’t know for sure though. Maybe his fans really like his stuff where it is right now.

My friends and I were discussing that whole thing. Acrimony was the movie that made me go “fuck this” in the theater. It had the production quality of a YT video from 2005. My wife asked me to see that movie with her and she got upset because I trashed it to hell. Then “A Fall From Grace” came out and now she understands my position.
I really don’t think he knows how to get better. This is way too much trash. At some point you just stumble upon being alright. This gif sums up how I feel about him.

man, Bleach was the CHAMP when it came to slick intro and ending sequences/music… can’t get enough of them… I was on this trip down memory lane earlier this morning…
they just kept getting better with each new season/era, imo…some visually amazingly stylish shit was going on in the later intros…and yep, I still have most of the intro and ending themes saved in my music collection.

Re: Tyler Perry
I don’t like any of his movies and I generally think he’s a hack who writes stereotypical plots about struggling upper-low to low-middle black class families. With that being said, the guy is a phenomenal hustler and entrepreneur. His early 90’s to 00s stage plays also was bringing something new to the theater scene. So in one hand I acknowledge his grit and savvy, but on the other hand I think his work is trite.

In fact, is because of that we have sf4, if it wasnt because asws battle fantasia, sf4 wouldnt be a thing.

Add that there isnt much crossover between sf players into other fgs like from other fgs into capcom fgs.

Tyler Perry is amazing when he tries. He knows though that he doesn’t have to try hard to make money now. That’s his issue.
