Thanks, @Reticently, for those recipes. But that stuff is more or less what I tried this time. I didnā€™t have as much Kosher salt and yeast in my dough though. I also didnā€™t put as much balsamic in my sauce (it was originally only supposed to have sugar, salt, and oregano, but I put more sugar in and some balsalmic). I may try your versions later still.

If you can get your hands on some dough conditioner, that will help with the elasticity and make the crust crispier on the outside and chewier on the inside.
