The criticism is from having to pay for it again. I try to not rebuy the same game movie again if I already have it but I’d be lying if I didn’t have more than one copy of RE4. Yeah nothing is original but one thing I will pay attention to is how they slowly modernize or subvert their original animated stories. Some are already good as is I just hope whatever changes will happen make sense. I know I will be wrong still.

The most recent movie I’ve seen closest to such caliber, would be the proper remake of True Grit.

The biggest problem with captain marvel complaints is I’m pretty sure is the same thing as trump. ALOT of it was trolling but it did rile up the 10% of legit whiners. And it’s the internet so that 10% seem way way bigger than they are. People got worried cap might not do well because of them but it’s 10% in the end is how I take a lot of this shit.

It’s like when 4chan trolling seeps into the real life. It happens… It weird when you know it’s 4chan trolling but then real people get baited and I sit here amazed

OK I’ll clarify pay if you want to experience the latest version of the story. As for deleting it from the vault…depends on what makes money. I can tell you from the theme parks there’s been some interesting debate about which merch of a princess they’ll phase out.

But okay you got me there. Disney ain’t making ME pay for OG Aladdin…so long as I stay a cast member and they give us their streaming service for free.

This movie isn’t really replacing anything. Hell they cared enough about the music that they kept the original singing voices.

You have to remember that all of the people that grew up on those movies are now grown. A chunk of us have kids. So these movies are basically to relieve our childhood by taking our kids to see them. Parents get safe entertainment that’s a sure bet and familiar, kids get to see what they’re parents liked without it having that “old movie” feeling to it.

They sure as hell ain’t for me but I see who they’re for.
