I had a hemorrhoid one time. It was like a fucking grape on my asshole. Fucking sucks man. I used these suppositories that were like white bullets you shove up your ass and that sucked even worse than the hemorrhoid.

I’ve never had a hemorrhoid but I’ve had a cyst right below my tail bone before. Probably some of the most painful shit I ever went through next to the 2 weeks post-op where I was in icu after my brain surgery. Constant migraines, constant feeling like someone took a hammer to the back of my skull, super sensitive to any kind of light or sound, puking constantly because turns out as anesthesia stays in your body it makes you super sick and all you do is vomit bile and hatred until it’s out of your system.

With this cyst though I could barely walk, I couldn’t sit, I couldn’t lay on my back. It was fucking horrible. As soon as they cut and drained that sucker though I felt like a new man

That has nothing to do with Stu’s water restriction.
It’s to lose water weight. Also catheter often use if a patient isn’t mobile, such as if they have a injury or is a fall risk.

Yeah. I just now got the clear to get up out of bed on my own today. I’ve been bedridden for almost 2 weeks. 5-6 days of it (it’s all been a blur) I was on life support.

Right now I’m on like, a very heavy duty o2 machine that basically if I’m without it my stats crash. The main goal is to ween me off of that and be able to go home without the assist of oxygen.

I’m only 32 I’m too god damn young to be carrying around an o2 cylinder at all times.

Don’t push too hard.

Get better.

I’m not. And even though I can get up and move about my own I’m still limited to just around my bed and to the chair next to my bed which isn’t even 2 feet away.

I’m here for a month. It’s going to be a process. I had to do 4 months of rehab after my brain surgery. I can handle a month of rehab.

My father recently recovered from a heart attack, and he went though some of the same ordeals as you.
He home, off the machinery but he still on water restriction and is on a strict very low sodium, low fat diet.

Thanks. Dealing with his insurance is a bitch.
His insurance from work is not covering his meds, medicare does.
So he pretty much being force to retire and claim disability just to cover medical costs.

At some point or another I expect a mass insurrection to go after insurance companies. The audacity they have into claiming they don’t have to cover shit is hilarious.

Actually, pretty sure its policy to push certain clients towards medicare.

Insurance is a scam and specifically medical insurance is so broken. Everything would have to get dismantled to fix all the nonsense from within

hahaha, man this guy on The Passage just backhand-smacked the HELL out of that woman. It was a Fierce Punch-caliber smack that Guile himself would be proud of.

I have Medicare and tri-care which is an army insurance. Due to my heart defect I am considered a permanent medical dependent of my dad. So I get all his benifits. I’ve never paid for a hospital visit or meds in my life.

I remember getting a bill for my rehab after I got home from the hospital. It was over 40k for 3 weeks of rehab. I was like ā€œholy fuck. So glad I have insuranceā€ my brain surgery cost over 100k.

Well goooooooooooood for yoooooooouuuuuu!!!

Lol j/k.

Oh I admit I am very fortunate and beyond lucky to have the insurances I have. No fucking doubt about that. I’d probably be dead without them.
