I really do like the concept, but I like my shaft cover, so sadly I have to pass. I do like the idea of a swappable ball/bat though. I don’t play wineglass, but out of curiosity how does the link feel in comparison to a standard setup?

TBH…I used to love shaft covers, but the link just makes the stick look more…technologically advanced. Like a different kind of stick that can’t be purchased by normal human. Something unique. And it doesn’t feel different at all from a standard JLF
Just got rtdzign’s little zipper case in the mail, and its the perfect size. Not a hard shell, but it’ll definitely protect from scuffs and scrapes. Thanks man!

Maybe yours felt the same due to your grip but I noticed it right away at EVO that wineglass holders will feel a difference. Is it a big deal? Nope… I will get used to it when I can get one! Lol

Nice! I know he’s only got a few of those but if we can find a steady source (other than bugging rtdzign every time) of cases like that I’ll link that up in the first post so people can get those…or hell maybe I can find a source of them to have a package deal of sorts. Hmm… possibly a project while I wait on quotes. Is there a manufacturer/designer label on those (I just see “Mesh Case”)? Perhaps they make different variations.
There’s not really a wait list. Currently that list would be fairly large so keeping tabs alone would consume a lot of time. As it stands I’m just keeping people posted and when they’re available it’ll be first come first served. I “may” have pre-orders up before I get these made so I can get an accurate read of how many to actually make but currently I’m just shooting a number for quote and rolling with it.
This is good feedback, thank you. I don’t use wineglass grip so I don’t notice a difference but I’m betting there are many who will notice something. If it becomes an issue perhaps the design can be tweaked somehow, but that would have to be something to take care of down the line for sure.
I got them from a store called “Daiso Japan”. It is a Japanese home goods store that can only be described as a Japanese themed dollar store, but instead of a dollar, most things are $1.50. It looks like it is only a chain in California. As such the tag for the bag is in Japanese, and it looks like it is exclusively made for that store.
Daiso is everywhere in Korea. If you need me to take a look for any cheap, I’m sure I can ship a bunch of small items over for cheap.

I’ve been away for a while, any updates as to when I can get my hands on these?
Working on it now, no definite ETA just yet. Most of these fab houses have lead times with amazing accuracy like “2-6 weeks” lol. I should have a better idea next week though (I hope anyway :p).
