100%-ed Majora’s Mask last night. Have to say, overall I like the changes they made. The only one I really don’t like is what they did to the Odolwa fight. Sad there isn’t any Master Quest though, let alone a Hero Mode.
New patch and I believe the DLC is up as well. Was playing before I went to bed and they definitely fixed the loading problem.

Zelda U has been (shockingly) delayed.
It also won’t be at E3.
Who here is eating crow?
You expected nintendo to do anything else? Of course there going to fuck with us like this. There lifelong haha screw america, etc etc.
More like doing the one thing other publishers refuse to do-- Push a game back and not release it until its fucking ready instead of slapping a half-complete title out and slathering it in Day One patches and DLC bullshit.
Oh the DLC bullshit will happen with Zelda Wii U as well. They just delayed it for more amiibos.
Read about this and was quite saddened…I find the fact that they’re supposedly changing their mind on having it at E3 VERY ODD. This game was clearly going be the holiday game for this year and even without it being so for them deciding that it won’t be at E3 at all after saying several different times that it was going to be at E3 this year is interesting.
Id rather have it delayed till x and be absolutely amazing than it be rushed and suck ass. I don’t need any aeralfos falling out of the sky and shit.
I’m OK with the delay. I’m also not surprised. I think a lot of us will be happy to clear out our backlogs while we wait for Zelda U.
I’m fine with delays, just means they have more time to fix bugs, add features and generally polish the product. Miyamoto statement that a delayed game is eventually good is correct in my view (sans development hell situations like Duke Nukem Forever).
Nintendo’s had a good start of the year release wise and they’re looking to have a very strong middle of the year as well. That being said with Zelda’s release date moving to TBA 2016 and not appearing at E3, hopefully they announce a big Wii-U title (along with other titles) at E3 for the end of the year, outside of Starfox (and potentially Xenoblade X if it takes forever to localise since it releases April 29 in Japan) they don’t have any large releases planned for the end of the year that we know of.

I was expecting something like this. Disappointed nonetheless but it is probably the best for the game.
They haven’t directly shown a lot of the game nor announced a proper subtitle and given the weight of the Zelda franchise, especially with the international audiences outside of Japan, they have to make sure 1) the game is great and 2) its release is done at time of maximum impact to get the biggest sales.
With the Wii U being what it is a new Zelda would push sales, but it isn’t likely to save it, so better to hold off until next year after they announce what the new hardware (whether its home console or handheld or both) to give the Wii U one last late surge and hope that the Amiibos, Star Fox and hopefully Xenoblade Chronicles X will be enough to carry the Wii U’s workload this year. And hopefully, the extra time will allow them to craft a large vibrant world filled with secrets to explore, since previous attempts at doing so for 3D Zelda have had mixed results in the last few major entries since OoT (although Wind Waker’s ocean to me had a ton of potential that sadly wasn’t tapped).

Not surprised at all and kind of glad. I have plenty of games to work through in the meantime. It’s also a mainline Zelda game, so chances are it will end up great.
Zelda Wii U delayed? Groovy! Time to catch up on Twilight Princess, Skyward Sword, Majora’s Mask and all the other Zelda games I never really played/beat.
So I unlocked Midna in Hyrule Warriors. Girl is a BEAST. I was a bit put off at first since she fights with her hair as a weapon but I’ll more than likely be playing as her whenever the chance arises in Legend Mode. Makes me wanna start up my copy of Twilight Princess.
So does Lana get any better? I mean, I’ve only played a single campaign as her and my reaction was “Meh.” I didn’t expect her to be speedy but even Darunia with his slow speed is leaps and bounds above this new chick. I sorta wanna give Lana the benefit of the doubt but thus far, I think I’ll only play as her when I have to.
As far as weapon fusing and what not, what’s the best stuff to work on in this game?
