The Legend of Zelda thread - Ganon's bodyshop will be open for business on Nov. 20th

I’m not a fan of them either. I don’t really enjoy playing my Switch in handheld mode.

I don’t mind the Joycons much at all personally considering what they are what they are for.
I play on a pad majority of the time. I barely use portable mode honestly.

I am seeing on the next Secret Santa I an getting one of you folks a Hori Split Pad Pro.

It pretty much depends on the game and if my joycons are having their drift attacks. Sometimes they are perfectly fine and I have one of the d pad joycons so I can play fighting games and platformers as I feel comfortable. Other times they just keep drifting to the point of being unusable. I honestly am tempted to just buy a new set but why bother when there has been no change in design so I would just have the same issues down the line?

Ever since I got my pro controllers I’ve barely used my joycons unless I absolutely have too. Nothing against them really, I just love my pro controllers that much more. That being said, I have gone through one set due to drift.

Already got a bit of drifting on my left one.

Them’s the breaks. :man_shrugging:

still surprised nintendo never did SNES/N64/GCN styled joycons (functionally or even aesthetically)

Wrong thread -.-

To try and make some kind of relevant post, I have been wondering if we will see Robbie as a young man and Pura as a grown woman.

I hate that Age of Calamity is a Musou becsuse I’m super interested from a lore perspective, but I’m not really a fan of those games. I hope it has more going for then the Musou stuff.

They did, the NES Switch controllers fit into the switch as if they were Joycons.

They aren’t going to bother with N64 or Gamecube Joycons. If they did, it be online order restricted to Online subscribers only.

Come to think of it… How would N64 Joycons even work to begin with?

It just follow the color scheme of the controller.
Maybe have a grey cap on the left analog that looks like the n64 pad.

This is for the best, it allows them to make the game fill in the story but not have to worry about puzzles or being compared directly to BotW.

Edit: But aside from the standard Musou/Beat Em Up with strategy objective formula they may go Persona 5 Strikers route which most say is basically just an action RPG.

I’m just hoping it more meat then the musounstiff. Won’t get my hopes up tho.

Double Post

That’s what I want to hear.

Also gets me a little interested in Persona Strikers.

I had to see what post it was. Glad my idea was just what the doctor ordered for this upcoming game. Just a few more days until we get more info!
