The Legend of Zelda thread - Ganon's bodyshop will be open for business on Nov. 20th

Hold up, Wizzrobes summon lightning storms in this game? These guys think they Storm? Thought I was the only dude with X-Men powers.

I started encountering members of of Yiga clan and those are some fast mofos. Thankfully I’ve been cooking on the regular so I had all kinds of stat boosting elixirs to help me out.

Talk to Paya shirtless just for giggles. Speaking of which, I’ve no doubt fan fics are already in the works that ship her with Link.

Anyone got tips for getting rupees? I get the feeling I shouldn’t be selling everything just to get rich.

There is a Zora who will reward you with a diamond for every 10 luminous stones you give him. Easy money right there.

That moment when I have 70 bomb arrows in my inventory and only 20 regular arrows.

Speaking of arrows, if you ever find yourself running low on them, try hunting some Lizalfos along the road to Zora’s Domain. There’s plenty of 'em around there and they drop 5-10 arrows for each one you take out.

Ice Wizzrobes do exist. I found one when I climbed up the red mountain in Gerudo Desert.

I just sell the ores. Monster parts can give you good money too since you can collect so many of them.

One of the Zoras can give you diamonds for luminous stones, but I think those are used for something based on the description, so I don’t know if you want to trade all your stones.

Yeah, and they’re everywhere, so you really have to go out of your way and explore. Just found one on top of one of those statues in the desert.

There’s also a guy at one of the stables near the desert that will trade 55 rushrooms for a diamond, but that takes a little while. Also one of the stables has a guy that will give you 100 rupees for raw prime meat a few times a day.

Try kicking a chest open without pants.

Man… my Link feels kinda op right now. when you combine stasis+, the master sword, two stamina wheels not even lynels can really challenge me. i have ancient arrows too, which are super strong.

I’m probably going to beat the game in a day or two.

so far all of the Divine beasts seem great. only one left.

I still have only beaten one Divine Beast. I’ve been wandering all over trying to find everything I can before beating the game; I’m up to 43 shrines, 40~ Koroks, 18 side quests completed, got the Master Sword, have 7 memories left and 5 more towers to climb.

I keep thinking at some point I’m gonna have to get another Divine Beast but I’m having too much fun just exploring everything. Feels like Xenoblade Chronicles X all over again. =)

Protip: if you find a pile of leaves, try burning them.

OH GODS WHY IS THIS THING HIDING IN LAKE HYLIA

I thought this guy just resided in Faron…[/details]

im betting on the idea that we can continue exploring after beating the game. my curiosity is getting me and i don’t want to try avoiding spoilers so much. im avoiding a lot of the internet rn lol

He ain’t hiding.

Has anyone found cane sugar?

I found a place you can buy them, but the spot is kinda spoiler-ish…

[details=Spoiler]It’s in the same area that you find the Master Sword in.

Spoiler

You gotta navigate your way through the Lost Woods to get there.[/details]

This Birdie player came in full cosplay too, respect.

…I think you’re in the wrong thread sir

I am in the wrong thread.

In general if you see anything that looks even slightly out of place, there’s probably something there.

Spoiler

Other places include single rocks that look out of place that you pick up, random metal plates that are on the ground for seemingly no reason, swimming into the middle of a ring of lilypads, placing an apple in a bowl in front of a statue, throwing a rock in the middle of a ring of rocks in the river…and those are just the ones off the top of my head.

I really like the Forest Dweller’s Bow. Uses 1 arrow to shoot 3 of them at once.

Lynel bows do that as well… But of course, you gotta get your nuts up and beat a Lynel.

Also, EAT FOOD AND ELIXIRS WITH BUFFS. Seriously, I’ve had a much easier time fighting shit with buffs on.
