Eh, if you ask me, MI/MI2 seem to be divorced from the 2d KOF continuity a la AOF/FF. So it’s a possibility.
Fore the record, the ONLY KoF event linked to Fatal Fury would be 2000. Geese is dead- END OF DISSCUSION. If KoF MI is part of the Fatal Fury continuation I’ll accept that.
…and I think ‘the will’ Billy was talking about would be Geese’ underworld/crime control back in his day.

Think about it: he needs a weapon to fight. How hardcore can he be if he always needs a weapon to deal with people who only fight hand-to-hand? And even then, it’s STILL 50/50.

Her whip is a LOT more versatile than Billy’s pole. And She has a gun. She’d do better. And Ikari means anger/angry, I think.
