Juri doesn’t have a lot of technology. Everything is very… Standard. Haha. But that’s good!!! Standard means consistency. That’s all I wanted in sf4

it’s not been decided yet but probably 5:00 PM Or 6:00 PM maybe 7:00 PM Central time
i wanna pick a time that’s right for everyone and so once i get all the people i need i’ll have to find out what everyone can agree on as the start time

Let me put this into perspective.

J.hp, c.hp xx fireball, mp xx store, s.lp, j.hp, c.mk xx super art.

I take this j.hp anyday over sfxt.

Oh and btw. I don’t have many uses for her ex moves. That means there’s a lot of room to hit kaisen. She can meterless do a lot of damage.

Games not out yet. Give it time.

pretty dumb. juri’s alpha counter is a fahajin store but you cant store a fireball. that would have been sick if you could store one of your choice

How safe is Divekick on guard? It seems to have a lot of pushback.

@hotaru the dive kick seems safe with the light and medium versions on block but it’s best to make sure you hit at ankle level to be on the safe side. Her normals are still good but I have trouble anti airing due to the fact that the game is faster.

Overall juri is dangerous to be sure her damage output is godlike and since the game is faster she is as well I’m not getting everyone’s hopes up but she might be rush queen. I have the game already fo those that are thinking I’m making assumptions.

Juris pokes are really good. She really needs a good partner though. She needs someone to come in off that cross rush doing damage.

Although I’m not sure how great cross rush is. A part of me rather uses the meter for a tag cancel. Gotta test it.

Hey Kail does she have AE2012 Cl. Stand Strong? I believe they made it a 3 frame startup so you could do something like cr.lk -> st.strong and I felt that really helped her meterless damage out quite a bit.

and…Juri’s cr.HP can cause a juggle state even if it’s not a counterhit?

Haha, holy shit. I was already gonna run Juri/Alisa when the DLC comes out but this seals it.

Anyway, to those who have the game already: What do you think Juri should look for in a partner? I figure she’ll need an up close damage dealer. Maybe Hugo or Marduk. I’m hoping I can get away with using Asuka or Julia but I’m not sure yet.

Her scmp is not 3 frames. Seems quite slow. I feels like far mp is the better strong in this game (better than j mp also). she doesn’t need that link anymore. Now with s.lp hitting crouchers, you can link easily off it. Feels like a 2f. You can probably option select a combo incase.

S.lp > c.mp xx store~hk will probably chain to just lp mp hk if you do the link too fast. Something to test.

Add away. Haha. Still don’t have a partner. Thinking about lili although I think juri would do well with a damage dealer. She doesn’t need meter. A character that can do huge damage off 2 bars wouldn’t be a bad choice. I think Hugo Marduk wouldn’t be a bs choice. I won’t play either. Haha.

Thanks for saying it was well put together. I hate the outcome. That’s why I havent sent it to event hubs. Still debating on that. I really appreciate it though.

Again. Don’t know frame data but seems like it would make a nice corner frame trap.

Once the sc.mp hits and Its cancelled to store you can do like…c.hp…j.hp combos. Maybe if need be a jab to bring them higher and then j.hp.

I didn’t show it here but you can juggle very close to the ground with this. So I was able to do c.hp jc, and not do an immediate j.hp, on the down part of the arc and still get the ground bounce. I think this is gonna be good as you’ll have more time to maybe c.hp instead c.mk.

So what if its a different game? they changed shit around and so far I’m not liking it. I like Juri but its not like I have to play her if I dont like how she plays in it.

one hit knockdown sucks in this game anyway, every juggle ends in knockdown. she seems good. mid screen zoning is just as important as in sf4, and her close range game is a lot better now.
