**About yourself and your goal as a Juri player: **I’ve been playing fighting games casually for twenty years, but I never got into the competitive scene until SSFIV came out and I got my hands on Juri for the first time. **About yourself and your goal as a Juri player: **I’m from the oldschool, been playing fighters since 1980’s when the first street fighter was in the arcades. I dropped off the FGC for awhile due to mmo’s and now i’m back since the vanillia sf4. I picked up juri when SSF4 came out and I’ve been playing her the entire time. I’m pretty solid with her and i’m used to her weird execution. My goal with juri is simply to improve my play and find people who dont mind playing over and over again, discovering new things.

About yourself and your goal as a Juri player: Used to compete locally in Tekken 5 pretty seriously, but life happened and I stopped playing fighters seriously until late in Vanilla/early SSF4. Knew I was going to be playing Juri from the very first trailer I saw of her. Subbed her for Rose until AE, when I switched permanently to Juri (and also started playing Cammy). Currently, my goal is just to have fun learning her as well as SFxT in general, and test out what I know at locals and online. IMO, she is by far one of the best new FG characters created in years.

About yourself and your goal as a Juri player: I was drawn to Juri as soon as I saw the first trailer for her before the release of SSF4. However, I tried her when it first came out & found her awkward. There wasn’t much info out on her yet, so I went back to my old main, Vega. I actually chalk up her being my main now to Mortal Kombat. I played it for a few solid months when it first dropped and mained Mileena. When I moved back to SF, I wanted to get that same sadistic-crazy bitch character going and went right to Juri, and this time, stuck with her. Been playing her through AE, 2012, and now I’m absolutely loving her in SFxTekken.
We have a pretty good tournament scene here on the east coast of Canada (usually tournament attendance of around 40-50 and growing) so my current goal with Juri would be to get into Top 8 for either AE or SFxTekken. There are a couple Juri players locally so I try to be the best among them. It’s our friendly little competition we have going. I find how powerful she is in SFxTekken bittersweet - it’s nice to have all the tools she now has, but at the same time, I’m seeing a lot more mirror matches than I used to in AE, not to mention people pairing her with Ryu (blasphemy!) but I suppose I can deal, hehe.

About myself and goal as a Juri player: I always believe that I am the best with a character, when it is clearly not true. Very reserved and only funny when alone. Got slightly used to Juri when playing as her in SSF4. Liked her playstyle and had her as a sub character, with Sakura being my main. I would love to get better with Juri, because there is still so much I need to learn with her.

**About yourself and your goal as a Juri player: ** I wasn’t much of a fighting game person until SSF4 where I was recommended Juri and happily mained her. I eventually gave up on the game due to my lack of skills and tried many other fighters. After many fighters that I was pathetic at, I became fed up with my apparent inability to play as well as many of my friends and forced myself to get better. I eventually picked up SSF4 again due to missing Juri, and this time, attempted to become better with her. In SFxT, my goal is to become the best I can with Juri and her partners. However, despite a decent amount of practice, I’ve only really learned a fairly simple corner combo and-unfortunately-a very fj.MK/cr.MK/MK Senpusha heavy playstyle. So I obviously have a long way to go.

About yourself and your goal as a Juri player: Played tons of fighters over the years, though I put the most time Tekken 5, no contest… Juri is by far my favorite female character I’ve seen in years (only KOF’s Vanessa and Tekken’s Julia even come close).
