I got it from a Mugen character. There’s a collection here though, but it’s only the actual character sprites and is lacking the colorful stands since it’s from the PSX version.

So while playing AtTheGates he noticed that Young Joseph has the tallest crouching hitbox. I got curious and felt like making a height chart for the game so here:
Note: Devo’s “Stand On” data refers to the character itself while “Released Stand” refers to Ebony Devil.
Might be useful when you notice a character can crouch something and want to know which others can do the same.

edit: btw i think your numbers should be accurate, dio is listed as relatively tall, and i remember him not being able to crouch dios 5A as well. looks good!
