Hey, is everyone playing this online on the PS3 or 360?! I need practice! New to JoJo but not Capcom or SNK fighters (hyper hops, dodge/roll, etc.)! I have it on the 360, since it was on sale two weeks ago for half price! Looking forward to All Star Battle in August!
Hmm…I have for 360 and PS3 but I really would rather not play there. The input lag is so bad that even linking Jotaro 6B is a chore. Jump on GGPO so we can get some games.

Jojo’s HD is a bad port with worse netcode it’s better to set up GGPO.
Yeah, unless you live in Japan forget about using active stand characters online. The only good thing that came out of this port is training mode and the fact that I don’t have to carry my labtop if I want to play this offline.
Whats so bad about the port?
The netcode is pretty bad, and the overall speed of the game offline feels slightly slower than the original arcade port. Also, SQ reported that all the characters have the same damage ration. Honestly, I think Jojo players are still pretty lucky since we at least can still play this on ggpo. Other games like KOFXIII or GGXXAC don’t even have that alternative.
I feel bad for SQ, best player in the Jojo’s world and he’s trapped on PSN lol.

Also, how do you set up GGPO? Can you send me a link, perhaps?

Jojo’s how I used to love you so, but alas it was not meant to be.
Any of guys live in SoCal? If you live near Los Angeles area and is current curious bout learning Jojo stop by Japan Arcade to get some offline matches. I’m currently trying to organize weekly casuals for JJBA. If we get enough players we may even start holding tourneys as well.
