Haggar’s punching super looks awkward. The animation on it seems robotic and in the trailer it doesn’t even look like his fist is even hitting She-hulk.
That’s because it isn’t. She-Hulk is recoiling from the air pressure of those punches. Haggar is that damn powerful.
Also funny thought Haggar piledriving Galactus.
Funnier thought: Haggar piledriving Tengen Toppa: Gurren Lagann.

Well yea Haggar is for us oldies who played as him in other games.
I played some Final Fights and Saturday Night Slam masters with him.
Cody on the other hand was in SFA3 so more ppl recognized him.
In general, someone like Hugo and Alex more popular as everyone knows.
Gameplay wise, well kinda like Gief I suppose for this game to no surprise.

Tron Bonne’s grapple super is a 0F command throw right? I hope Haggar’s is as well. If not, he’ll be terrible.
Thor’s grapple super sounds like 0F as well, as it will always grab the opponent if he/she is standing or crouching (with the exception of grabbing them outta block/hit stun).
With that being said, I’m going to assume Haggar’s is the same. He’s much more of a grappler than Thor anyway.
Thors gets stuffed constantly, unless they changed it.

i was thinking along the lines of Mech Zangief AAA as in he comes on the screen and counters EVERYTHING at the expense he takes a little damage (self-inflicted this time). major difference is that mvc3 assists are harder to punish plus it doesn’t take 1 bar + tag to get.

When Final Fight first came out there was literally heated arguments between my friends over who got to play as Haggar. People got genuinely salty. And I would take one fun character over an army of vintage comic book characters. When did comic books and video games lose their sense of fun?
