Actually, ぎみ stands for “looking like”. He doesn’t have autism, but he certainly looks like an autistic person. So, no contradiction whatsoever, actually. An extremely introverted person could well seem an autistic one.
I wonder if this is going to lead them to do the entire original gang? It seems like El Gado (due to FFRevenge) and Axl are a lock, but I would love profiles on Hollywood, Two P and Roxy.
So are they saying J originally was a Smash player?

El Gado is one of my top Final Fight characters, I would have liked this guy to be playable in the Street Fighter series, even when his portrayal in Final Fight Revenge was odd, I think he has great potential to have a cool fighting style.
He’s cool and shady AF.

Still regarding his arena, hope they don’t ruin it with the habit of over saturatation which insists to mark this game. I can’t play more than 3 matches in both Lair of Kings and India Stage without getting a really bad headache.

I was going to say that J had no combos, but I just checked Final Fight and yeah, he can dish some jab combo if you let him. I was probably thinking of Signal from Streets of Rage, because of the similar clothes, fighting stance and equally evasive behaviour.

I wouldn’t mind Dee Jay ONLY returning as a cameo for his stage remixed. SFV doesn’t really have room for him in the roster, so this is a compromise.
Similarly, Fuerte vs T.Hawk/Scorpion on a Mexico stage would be cool.
I actually played Dee Jay and T Hawk in SFIV but I really hope they dont make it in. Unless its in season 10 or something crazy. Stage cameos is a good idea.
What about Jake, Simon, Bred, Doug, the 3 fat men and Slash. Is Andore the same as Hugo (purple/pink one)
And the other members of the Andore family. El Gado was a good sub boss. I remember an El Gado in Final Fight 1 have a green or blue life bar in one of the stages…
